• Agreement to Terms

  • By accessing or using AurithPay's browser extension or web application (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

• Who We Are

  • AurithPay ("we", "our", "us") is a service that helps users identify the most rewarding credit card to use at any merchant, based on cashback and miles reward programmes.

• Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

• Your Account

  • You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for:

    • Maintaining the security of your Google account

    • All activity that occurs under your account

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe it has been compromised or used in violation of these Terms.

• The Service

  • What AurithPay does:

    • AurithPay provides tools to help you track your credit cards, log transactions, and receive card recommendations based on reward programmes. Recommendations are generated using publicly available reward programme information and AI-assisted analysis.

  • What AurithPay does not do:

    • We do not connect to your bank or card issuer

    • We do not process, initiate, or authorise any financial transactions

    • We do not store your full card numbers, CVVs, PINs, or banking credentials

    • We are not a licensed financial adviser, bank, or payment institution

• Recommendations are informational only

  • Card recommendations provided by the Service are for informational purposes only. They are based on reward programme data that may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. You should independently verify reward rates with your card issuer before making financial decisions. AurithPay is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on recommendations made by the Service.

• User-Generated Content

  • You may input data into the Service including card details, transaction records, merchant names, and descriptions ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant AurithPay a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you. You represent that your User Content:

    • Is accurate and relates to your own financial information

    • Does not include the full card numbers, CVVs, or credentials of any person

    • Does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights

      
      
      

• Pricing and Paid Features

  • The Service is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce paid plans or features in the future. If we do:

    • We will give you reasonable advance notice before any charges apply

    • Continued use of paid features after notice constitutes acceptance of the applicable fees

    • Any pricing and billing terms will be set out in a separate agreement or updated Terms at that time

• Acceptable Use

  • You agree not to:

    • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

    • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Service

    • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service

    • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data

    • Impersonate any person or entity

    • Use the Service to process data belonging to another person without their consent

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these rules.

• Third-Party Services

  • The Service integrates with third-party services including Google Firebase and the Anthropic Claude API. Your use of the Service is subject to those providers' terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.

• Intellectual Property

  • All content, design, code, and branding in the Service (excluding your User Content) is owned by or licensed to AurithPay. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

  
  

  
  

• Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided as is and as available without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

  • We do not warrant that:

    • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure

    • Reward programme data will be accurate or up to date

    • Recommendations will be correct or suitable for your circumstances

• Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, AurithPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:

    • Your use of or inability to use the Service

    • Any recommendation made by the Service

    • Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data

    • Any third-party conduct or content

  
  

• Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AurithPay and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

• Termination

  • You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

• Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

• Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the courts of Singapore.

• Severability

  • If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

• Entire Agreement

  • These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AurithPay regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
